The end of the 19th century winery, with 1 hectare of vineyards, has been totally restored, maintaining its original essence. It has different warehouses for the winemaking and bottling process, with a total of 29 stainless steel tanks with a capacity of approximately 1 million litres.

The winemaking plant has a surface area of 453 m² and is a modern, well-maintained facility with state-of-the-art technology. It has two grape reception hoppers with their respective crushing and destemming machines to produce wines of the highest quality. It also has a licence to produce cava.

The winery is fully automated to maintain the right temperature in all the production processes.

Next to the winery is the storage room, with a total of 8 tanks.

Opposite this building is the bottling room, with a buffer tank with a capacity of 5,500 litres, a fully automated bottling machine and a 300 m² warehouse where the wine is stored ready to be marketed.

The facilities that complement the winemaking process are the fully equipped laboratory and a office to receive visitors or suppliers.

The finca comprises the manor house, rebuilt with period materials and details from the original 19th century house. It consists of four floors with a total surface area of 1,000 m². The Alba Room, which is a spectacular tasting room and a shop. Perfect for welcoming visitors.

Attached to the tasting room is the 125 m² Floating Salon, with seating for 70 diners, whose elegant combination of old and new makes it stand out. As well as having beautiful views of the vineyard valleys of San Blas, it has an industrial kitchen that can be used to serve both rooms.

On the upper floors of the house, there are large bedrooms with bathrooms, a 34 m² living room with a round table, a chill out area with sofas and a fireplace, a bathroom and a kitchen with dining space. It can be used for small meetings or private meals. An office with work area, relaxation area, bathroom and kitchenette with a unique design, cosy and exquisitely decorated.

As for the exterior areas of the house, we highlight the entrance with its beautiful views of the gardens of San Blas and its spectacular stairs. In addition, a viewpoint with privileged views of the valley of the Magro River.
